If you are an avid Project Runway fan, then you may very well be familiar with Sebastian Grey and his winning designs. The Colombian native, who calls Fort Lauderdale home, won first place in season 17, making him the first Miami contestant (and there were several over the years) to take the grand prize.
Spotlighted here are his
designs from the reality television series and fashion design competition. Grey
is currently working on a new collection;
you can see what he is up to at

Julian Chang
The Peruvian designer left his homeland to study fashion design at Miami International University of Art and Design—and he never looked back. After graduating, Julian Chang’s career took off as he won numerous awards and his one-of-a-kind designs found their way into the wardrobes of celebrities the likes of Madonna and Gloria Estefan.

Bold prints and signature silhouettes define his style, evident in his Pre-Fall Collection featured here. Find his fashions on display at his flagship store, Julian Chang, in Miami’s Upper East Side or at julianchang.com.

Charlotte Althin Hicks
The force behind the Sea Lily brand, Charlotte Althin Hicks recognized a need for casual, yet elegant, clothes that complement the Florida lifestyle.

Fresh air and ocean breezes seem to flow through her 2019 Cruise Collection featured here. Lightweight gauzy fabrics, soft hues and subtle prints define the look of her beachwear. Find Sea Lily fashions at sealily.com.
